If you would like to gain access to the information we hold about you or if you wish to make a complaint about how Consultel deals with

We will deal with your request to provide information within a reasonable time and may seek payment for any reasonable costs associated
with providing information to you.
Your Rights As A Candidate
- Consultel does not charge you a fee for the purpose of finding the you employment
- Consultel will not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct (such as advertising a position as being available when the agency
knows no such position exists or knowingly giving misleading information to a job seeker about the nature of a position)
- If you believe Consultel has acted inappropriately you may contact the Department of Fair Trading in your state for information on
possible action that may be taken
